About: East Surrey Hospital / Respiratory medicine St Catherine's Hospice

(as a relative),

I have posted before about the excellent & caring service my Uncle has received under the care East Surrey for his lung condition.

The service, compassion & care has been amazing. My Uncle had an appointment yesterday under the care of Dr Ezhill, which I attended with my Uncle. We saw Caroline, Dr Ezhill's registrar, she was amazing, so caring, understanding & explained everything with great professionalism & empathy.

Also in the appointment was Sue Quirin, likewise, Sue was fantastic, offering lots of support & guidance. We also met Dr Ezhill who was delightful. Everyone took lots of time with us, there was no rush, we were not hurried in any way, we would like to extend our thanks to everyone.

I would also like to mention Beverley from St Catherine's who has also organised lots of care & is currently monitoring & helping with My Uncle's care. Everyone has been outstanding, we are very grateful indeed & are full of praise for all the teams involved. Many thanks.

I am responsible for everything to do with facilities, estates and IT. This includes our £50m building programme, food, cleaning, estates, porters, telephones, IT, transport, car parks and anything similar. Also leading our new Patient Experience Programme.
