my appointment ran about 20 mins late which is not a problem. The doctor who helped me was really lovely. I had a cross over hearing aid fitted. From first appt asking what help I could have to final fitting was no time at all. One appt at darenth valley. Refer to medway. First appt at medway I came home with a cross over hearing. It has totally changed my life. I am very very grateful
