About: Southmead Hospital

I phoned and spoke to a receptionist from the outpatients enquiries and they were very friendly, helpful and efficient. Good job :-) I also spoke to a receptionist who does appointment bookings, and they also were very helpful and efficient. I would just like to compliment these two receptionists and say thank you. Keep up the good work!
