l was relieved when my G.P informed me that the physiotherapy services in Great Driffield could be accessed through a self referral system. This l thought was a great way to manage a service. I rang the physiotherapy department and left my details via message service anticipating a swift reply. The reply was swift, but the service wasn't able to offer me an appointment within that week. This was disappointing.
