About: The New Selby War Memorial Hospital

Had a problem with my eye swelling up, left the house in a hurry to get to the hospital forgetting my phone, was really panicking that I needed to ring my partner from the hospital so I asked reception if I could ring her and could I have some change for the payfone, they said that they didn't have any change, so I pleaded with them if they could change me some and they said, we dont do that here, I asked if they could ring her for me from the hospital phone and they said no you will have to ring her from the hospital if you get taken to York. They had no compassion and couldn't care less about me trying to contact her and could clearly see I was panicking and pleading with them to help. Disgusting.
