"Locum staff"

About: Kettering General Hospital

I feel as if the oral surgery dept is completely staffed by locum staff and I am never seen by the consultant when they do actually work at KGH. The budget for locum staff must be huge I see 1 of 2 locums each time I come and always the same 2 staff. Surely there should be permanent staff employed. Also I am always sent for radiographs before any clinical examination takes place and this is totally against Irmer regulations.
