What I liked

Having been taken to A and E several times by ambulance with a regular problem, the staff always were very helpful, treated me with respect and care and did not hesitate to help me. Also could I just give special thanks to the Porters who were so cheerful and friendly and really cheered me up!

What could be improved

I found the Paramedics to be exceptionally rude and unhelpful on all occasions with one hinting (on the last time 29th May) I was putting on my huge amount of pain and told me "to pull myself together" which I found totally unacceptable.

Anything else?

I would just like to thank the excellent staff in A and E, so kind and caring.
