"Large bright waiting area (Medicines ..."

About: Norfolk & Norwich University Hospital

(as the patient),

What I liked

Large bright waiting area (Medicines for the Elderly). Kind and helpful nurses and doctors in the TIA Clinic who took the time to explain everything that was going to happen and how long it would take. Respectful treatment and unrushed consultation left me more confident and positive about my future. A marvellous hospital and always a pleasure to attend here if one has to attend a hospital.

What could be improved

Prescribed medication (or at least a prescription) should be available immediately although I was fortunate enough to see my GP the next day and she phoned through to ask what drugs were required so she could prescribe them straightaway rather than waiting for a letter.
