"She couldn't cope without your help and support"

(as a staff member posting for a carer/relative),

Thank you very much for looking after our friend, she says she couldn't cope without your help and support. We love her to bits (even though she's as mad as a bucket of frogs) and really appreciate everything you do for her.

Thank you for taking time out to write a thank you for the care received for your friend. It's always good to receive feedback about the care we provide and I will ensure this is fed back to the Vantage Integrated Care Team.

I'm sure your friend also appreciates the support she gets from yourself. We as NHS staff can't praise the work of unpaid carers/friends and volunteers enough so Thank You from me.
