What I liked

Myself and wife were staying with our daughter in west norwich. Unfortunately my wife had one of her full blown fits. I phoned 999 and the ambulance was there within minutes,treated and taken straight to Norfolk and Norwich hospital.On arrival to the A&E, she was taken straight into a cubicle and seen by staff and doctor, from there she was admitted to Dunston ward, where she was treated like a private patient. The hospital and all the staff were the tops( first class )

What could be improved

none

Anything else?

Please sent all the staff to my hospital in Essex and sort it out. I can dream ?

Sorry to hear that your visit to Norwich led to a visit to NNUH. Pleased to hear our staff were tops. Not sure we can transfer them to Essex, though! Best wishes to you and your wife.
