"Visit to A & E"

I wanted to express my thanks to all the staff who treated me in the A& E department on Saturday. I only had a very minor injury but I was impressed with the manner in which I was dealt with and the efficient process in place with dealing with minor injuries such as mine. All the staff were professional and helpful, including the receptionist as well as the medical staff. Both I and other patients who I could hear being spoken to were treated with respect and dignity. The staff had to deal with disruptive patients which they did In an efficient and respectful manner, with as little disruption as possible to other patients. The waiting room and treatment rooms appeared spotless and well organised. I was given a first class efficient service.
