Before yesterday I had given DRI a very low score in most things, but having to attend the rheumatology dept for an appointment by faith in this hospital has risen, yes my appointment was delayed due to the previous client but the team there were amazing. the student nurse really made me feel like I was finally being heard, and after over a year of not being heard by my drs I finally have a diagnosis. can't thank the team enough
