The best thing about my treatment for a total knee joint replacement at Balborough NHS treatment centre was talking openly and friendly with the surgeon and anaesthetist and the daily follow up after the operations. Perhaps the noise level could be lowered on the corridors, especially at night time.

The standards of care and service seem to me to be far higher than in a run of the mill general NHS hospital. I have had 3 operations in general hospitals in the past but the standards in Balborough shine out with sheer professional dedication and a will to do the very best for the patients in their care. Thank you to all staff on ward N and ward E!
