My mother was taken to A&E following a car accident, the ambulance staff were fantastic and made her feel at ease and once there we had a nursing assistant who was absolutely amazing with my mum, They were so thoughtful and with a brilliant sense of humour and myself and my family would like to thank all the staff who attended to mum but especially like to thank the nursing assistant for being an absolute star, if everyone was treated by someone like this, then no one would ever be able to complain. Thank you.
