What I liked

From the moment my son was brought into the hospital with a dislocated right shoulder, both he, and my husband and I, were kept fully informed of how they were going to proceed with his treatment. The Senior doctor on duty even stayed an hour after her shift had to finished to ensure that all the treatment had been completed and she was satisfied with the outcome.
