What I liked

my son has just been treated at the cardiac unit at N&N.

he was very nervous of the procedure, but the staff on the ward and angiogram unit were exceptionally kind and caring to him, and made him feel very comfortable.

What could be improved

overall clennliness of the ward was not bad- dusty under beds, but the domestic staff seem to be very few and far between,

Anything else?

my son was made to feel very safe and comfortabel by the nursing staff.

Delighted to hear that staff were exceptionally kind and caring to your son. No one likes coming in to hospital for treatment and it's important to try and make patients feel more at ease. We'll pass your comments on to the Cardiology team and to the cleaning team.
