What I liked

Just been discharged today having had my Galllbladder removed, very friendly and helpful staff both in Theatres and on Easton Same Day Admissions Unit. My only complaint was not actually being told who performed my procedure-it was only at night time when the Registar came round that I relaised the Consultant had not performed the Op and nor had I seen him all day.

What could be improved

My only complaint was not actually being told who performed my procedure-it was only at night time when the Registar came round that I realised the Consultant had not performed the Op and nor had I seen him all day. Lovely Dctor just would have been nice to know it was him operating-I had seen him prior to op but he never told me it was him operating and not the consultant!!

Anything else?

I have to say everything else was great, food was actually quite nice, cleanliness acceptable and discharge process very quick! Staff were lovely too!
