"Endoscopy"

I have just returned from having an endoscopy at North Tees hospital and was extremely impressed by the professionalism, support and friendliness of the team. I was nervous about this procedure but the team talked me through every aspect of it and nothing was a surprise. I had an informed chat with the nurse after a cup of tea and they were very re-assuring. At a time when hospitals are so busy and get so many negative comments I feel it is important to state positive experiences from patients.
