There was a very rapid response when I called 999 for my wife. The ambulance crew were very efficient and she received a thorough examination by a doctor in a&e before being transferred to floor 3, the stroke ward. I would like to thank the ambulance crew and the doctor in a&e. However a little more time spent explaining the purpose of various medicines would be helpful in future but it was only a short stay and I have no criticisms in standards or my wife's treatment for a transient ischemic attack.
