My Mother had a recent emergency admission and also subsequent follow-up as an out-patient under the care of the consultant & CNS. We would just like to say a big thank you for the wonderful care they provided. They were World Class in the manner in which they dealt with mum's symptoms, organising speedy investigations and communicating clearly all the results with empathy and compassion, whilst also dealing with all our anxieties and concerns patiently and reassuringly. Also Agency Nurse stood out from the crowd on Quince ward - they were caring, compassionate and attentive and managed to make my mum laugh during a very stressful and anxious time. Thank you
