"Blood test gone wrong"

About: Newham General Hospital

My pregnant girlfriend was sent to have some blood tests done. The member of staff seemed very nervous to begin with and to me seemed unsure of how to actually take blood. They took a while to find the vein on my girlfriends arm but eventually found one. They begun taking blood, after filling the first tube with blood they went to swap the tube to fill another pot and just left go of th needle in my partners arm and just let the needle drop and fall out of my partners arm, leading to blood just dripping out. They then went to push the needle back in, completely missing the original hole and causing another scratch on her arm which bled too.
