"still waiting"

I had a doctors apt 13th of may about a lump in my breast, I was told to wait for an apt but by 15th of June iv still heard nothing so spontaneously turned up to the new qe2, im not on record. they took my details... Ill recieve a call the next day. Nothing, called my doctors today the 23rd of June, im on recored, they will contact them and let me know... 6 hours later I call my doctors back and they say... We havent forgot you but cant get through! Im really worrying about our nhs xx
