About: Queen Elizabeth The Queen Mother Hospital

I was well looked after from start to finish. My only note of caution is for someone in high authority to make whoever is in charge of dispensing medication to get their act together and give the ward a definite time and stick to it. Geoff Coulson.

Dear Mr Coulson,

Thank you so much for your kind feedback. I am so pleased to hear that you were well looked after from start to finish. I am sorry to hear about the pharmacy issue and I will ensure your feedback reaches them so that the Chief Pharmacist can ensure the team prevent delays. I know they are a little shirt staffed and new Pharmacy staff are due to start in the Trust very soon. I hope you continue to recover well.

Sally

Dear Geoff, Thank you for your kind comments. Regarding the Pharmacy service, you have highlighted a problem we are aware of - and are working hard to sort out., but it is difficult with changing priorities sometimes.
