"Nurses are fantastic, staff at the reception are..."

Thanks to the nurse who took care of me, they have been absolutely fantastic. They were very caring, gentle and really helpful. The only bad part was to deal with the member of staff at the reception, they are rude and ignorant. They shouldn't be there dealing with sick people. Please hire someone who understands the basics of customer service, someone who is tolerant and knowledgeable about medicine.
