"Out of hours staff were brilliant!"

We visited the out of hours surgery on the 23rd June 2015. I just wanted to let the world know about the receptionist and doctor that were working for my daughters 7:45pm appointment. They were absolutely amazing! So welcoming, professional, kind and polite. Brilliant services from the NHS. Give yourselves a clap! X

Hi Zoe. The Out of Hours GP service is run by 'Brisdoc' in the Clevedon Community Hospital Outpatients building where they provide appointments made via the 111 phone number so not directly under the Clevedon Hospital remit but considered under the general umbrella of services provided here. I am delighted that you and your daughter had such a great experience and I will be sure to forward this onto them directly so that they may pass this onto their staff.
