"Endoscopy unit CIC"

Today, I once again visited this department. I really can't praise highly enough, the staff of this unit. They are always so kind and caring, making what could ( potentially), be an embarrassing ( and uncomfortable) procedure more than bearable. They listen to your concerns, answer questions, and really put you at your ease. Thankyou, all of you, I really really appreciate your kindness. The only downside, is that the first waiting room ( just off the atrium), is really grim and depressing, perhaps the " powers that be", in the hospital, should consider the effect of waiting in such a depressing environment has on the patients.
