I brought my daughter & granddaughter to A & E on Sunday 21st June . My granddaughter is 15 months old & had breathing problems. We waited for 5 minutes until she was seen by a triage nurse in Paediatrics A & E. From then on we were reassured & she was treated with the utmost care & explanations & information were given to us regularly. After various treatments, an x ray & consultation with a very pleasant doctor, she was admitted overnight in Dolphin ward. All of the staff that we encountered were professional, caring, friendly & I want to thank them all for getting our little girl better as she was discharged the next day. Thank you all.
