I would like to express my sincere thanks for the high standard of professional care I received whilst in the Kepple and B3 Wards. There was never a visit to the Bay by staff without a smile even though under pressure with so many others to care for. This means so much when in great pain with a bad injury. Nothing was too much trouble and I can speak for everyone in the Bay at that time, we had nothing but the upmost admiration for all the staff. It has been a privilege to meet so many kind and caring professional people, and I will never forget the professionalism I received. The theatre staff have been outstanding with my repair and I could not have wished for better. Derek Hawkins
