The care from triage (nurse, very professional) through majors, CT & CXR was outstanding. The initiation of prophylactic treatment, with oxygen, blood cultures/samples drip, and antibiotics was immediate and without delay. The review by the stroke nurse & CT scan was within 1 hour and all staff were extremely professional courteous and polite and very caring and understanding of my fathers complex medical history. when there were slight delays with transfer to EAU due to bed pressures a bed was quickly obtained to ease my fathers comfort. We cannot speak highly enough of all the staff in A & E and radiology and portering for their excellent care.
