The service, following long waiting times was good. The receptionist polite, radiographer pleasant and straight forward and nurse practitioner helpful. We waited for 2 hours to be seen initially which seemed very long when amongst children who were in pain and crying for a very long time. Suggestions: 1. The receptionist should not have to answer phone calls while taking peoples details, calls should be diverted to someone else, 2. When asked to wait patients should be told that there are people waiting for 3 different services who will take different amounts of time. We thought every one was queue jumping as we did not know. 3. Cups should be put in the water machine. We were thirsty but did not see them hidden on the desk until we were leaving. Having said all this the direct care was good thank you.
