Happy with the time between referral by GP and appointment time, initial contact by TRAQS was very helpful and informative. Time between contact by TRAQS and appointment being made at centre was excellent. Appointment very soon after this contact. Very happy with being sent to clinic fairly close rather than at Telford or Shrewsbury Hospitals.
