1) Saw ANP today – and briefly the doctor. Very helpful/even positive in very worrying situations.
2) SHB website putting out incorrect info, 21 April – the link to the appointments leaflet still went to old system so I made unnecessary repeat input. Perhaps some of the publicity budget on the ANP launch should have bought admin / web time to ensure the web info works.
3) Have sometimes seen nurses in past, good service. Pleased to see their recognition/training as ANP.
4) I’m still not sure who “my” doctor is!
5) Complaint about website dealt with very well by staff on phone
