If all hospitals were like this the NHS would be great, 5 mins wait, in to see ear test? Next min into see Mr Thompson then straight in for treatment, done dusted, out, waiting for my next appointment. And I hope it is just as quick. Wish all hospitals were like “Northgate” Bridgnorth very helpful staff lots of care, lot of time put you at ease!

It is heartening to know that you were pleased with the service received and that staff were caring, helpful and were able to put you at ease. Thank you for your kind words which I will share with the team as they work very hard to provide the best possible care to all patients.
