About: Community Health Services / Community physiotherapy

(as the patient),

I had my final physio session with Cate at St. Helens hospital. I walked away thinking “I LOVE THE NHS!”

I think people complain so much about it but honestly I feel so lucky not only did she really get to the root of my problem (a trapped nerve) but she has given me much greater understanding of what can cause this and how to build up my core muscles to prevent it happening again.

I feel more away of my whole body and have some amazing techniques to build up my strength and to ease me nerve if it comes back!

Thank you Cate I am so proud to have this service thanks! !
