(as a service user),

I attended a wedding on a Saturday evening, and unfortunately I had a fall.

The ambulance came and took me to Gloucester Royal A&E department. The treatment there was very good.

I can’t remember the name of the paramedics, but they were brilliant. They were very, very kind and efficient.
