(as a parent/guardian),

My daughter had her first baby at Worcester hospital, second baby at Redditch and from my experience ( I was present at both births), Redditch is by far the best place to give birth. The staff are much kinder and very very helpful and informative. At Worcester, I felt pretty much that she was left to get on with it and they couldn't get rid of her quick enough. I would not hesitate in recommending using Redditch to have a baby it will be such a waste if it closes.

Thank you for your comments. I am very pleased to hear your daughter had a positive experience at the Alexandra Hospital. However I am sorry to hear of your concerns for Worcester Royal and will pass this message onto the staff concerned. I would like to reassure you as we have recently opened our new Meadow Birth Centre at Worcester Royal Hospital which has had lots of brilliant feedback and the staff on both sites are working hard to provide a good quality service.
