What I liked

Tyne Green Ward nurses were as a group the best group I have ever experienced and two were exceptional. I felt totally at ease and cared for. My surgeon visited me at weekends and ensured I was okay throughout.

What could be improved

The cleaning staff seem to lack enthusiasm and therefore do not clean as efficiently as they would if their heart was in it.

Anything else?

I have never found cause for complaint and have been under this hospital for almost 50 years. My only concern is the cleaning staff and/or the way they clean. This is the only improvement I would suggest.
