"blood test review"

About: Ripley Hospital

After going for a blood test and having to wait in a queue (not anyones fault it was just busy) I had a panic attack and fainted in the waiting area staff were straight on hand to help me and reassure me. Making sure I was okay before i was able to leave. Amazing service felt completely reassured and they treated me so well.. Wish I'd have felt better to say thankyoy properly.

Thank you for your positive feedback and 5 start rating. I am pleased you felt reassured and well treated at Ripley phebotomy clinic and by the care from the Minor Injuries Team when you fainted. I will ensure the staff are made aware of your comments. I hope you have now made a full recovery. Regards Joan Webley, Senior Sister , Minor Injuries Unit, Derbyshire Community Health Services NHS Foundation Trust
