The unbelievably smooth running of this hospital makes everything very easy and comfortable. The staff are kind and respectful and the doctor was a star. Never did I feel one of a number and after surgery I wasn't rushed to leave. I have to admit that I was nervous but after this great service I'm feel much more relaxed about going in for my second knee operation.
