(as a relative),

I just wanted to compliment the staff at the Endoscopy unit this morning. I attended with my husband who is a nervous patient and all of the staff were absolutely brilliant with him. We had a lovely welcoming smile from the nurse who met us. The procedure was made more comfortable by the nurse who calmed and reassured my husband throughout. A big thank you from both of us
