What I liked

I had cataract operation in the day surgery unit and can't fault the treatment and care from the unit and the ophthalmology team. Everything was explained, I was given good patient information and reassurance by the staff. I went in at 12 midday and was home by 3.30 pm.

Anything else?

Although the unit was very busy and the trhroughput of patients was pretty intense, I noticed that the trolley beds were thoroughly cleaned between patients and everyone was offerd tea and toast once fully recovered.
