"Recent stay in hospital"

About: Worcestershire Royal Hospital / General surgery

(as a friend),

Admitted Thursday.

No bed available, so trolley only. 3 days later still no bed.

Because of the weak condition, my friend had to be helped from the trolley each time she needed to use the bathroom and helped with her drip etc. My concern I suppose is the fact that this quality of care is becoming acceptable. When can we expect this situation to change?

Unfortunately this episode of care has been unacceptable, but presents real concern for other unwell patients admitted in the future.
