"ENT ambulatory care"

I was taken to the ENT ambulatory care department at the Sunderland Royal yesterday and I could not have asked for better care from the staff there. They were very reassuring and kind. Ben, the doctor on duty, was brilliant and made me feel much better very quickly. It's times like this which remind you how lucky we are to have the NHS and the fantastic staff on the frontline who make it all happen. Thanks to everyone for looking after me, kind regards Helen.
