"Painful blood test"

I am a 18 year old who has to go to bradwell hospital every month for blood monitoring, due to my medical condition, so not exactly my favourite pastime having monthly blood tests , but now this is the second time I have had my blood test done by a nurse, and this is the second time it has hurt, I am now left with a nasty scratch and sore arm from the needle, this nurse is far to rough when they do my bloods, and if they can't do any better then they, may a suggest some refresher training as I now dread going next month. I for one will be taking two waiting tickets edging my bets that I get someone who can carry out the blood test correctly.
