"Infant procedure"

About: Ashford and St Peter's Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust St George's Hospital (Tooting) (London)

(as a relative),

Grand daughter came for an appointment a procedure to drain a large volume of fluid from her brain was done. No prior, or recent blood test were done. Sent home an hour or two later. There were 6 beds available on that day to admit to.. Long journey home then deteriorated overnight rushed back to her local hospital where 48 hours later critically ill returned to hospital drain procedure done ventilated and spent two more days in PICU. Finally discharged 10 days later.
