(as a service user),

A fantastic service for babies / toddlers and their parents. We have accessed courses such as baby massage and baby yoga, as well as attending play sessions each week.

Staff are very welcoming and inviting, making all feel welcome - including dads and grandparents. Activities and resources are well planned, with the environment encouraging learning and independence. Toys are clean, encourage development, and are appropriate for the age of children.

An excellent service made exceptional by the staff. Thank you for all your hard work!

The only improvement that I suggest is that more provision or 'normal' timetable runs in school holidays.

Thank you for you feedback. I am pleased that you have found the experience of accessing the centre a good one.

In relation to your suggested improvement, we are attempting to offer the 'normal' timetable where we can subject to fundays and staff leave but we are also have numerous fun days over the summer including 'white post farm' session at Rainworth and Blidworth centres and and 'Mr tumblz' at Bilsthorpe and Clipstone.

You can pick up a copy of the timetable at either centre as well as varoius locations around the community.
