"Achilles problem"

Went for first appointment with the consultant. Was treated with friendliness and courtesy by all the staff in the department. The appointment with the consultant was informative. Plus they took into consideration, things I had looked up on Google. It must be problematic in todays world, to have to assess not only the patients physical problems, but also how much information and misinformation they have got off the internet, and how well the information is being interpreted. The consultant treated me with professionalism and skill.
