On Friday, 19th, June, my trusty hearing-aid came apart and I couldn't put it together again. So after 'phoning Audiology, I brought it in and with great kindness and courtesy, a staff member put everything right. It's not unusual in this Department, to experience a swift and skilful response and I wanted to express my appreciation
