"Excellent Excellent Staff!"

About: William Harvey Hospital (Ashford)

I was a day patient at Kennington ward on 5/6/15. I was quite nervous but needn't have been. Everything and everyone was excellent. Every member of staff I came into contact with was very caring and professional, especially the anesthetist who put me completely at ease over my fears of the general anesthetic. I cannot praise this department enough.

Thank you very much for your kind comments about the staff on Kennington Ward. While it is never pleasant to have to come into hospital, the staff always do their best to put patients at ease. I am so pleased that you had your fears alleviated. I hope you are now fully recovered.
