What I liked
The staff were courteous, kind, efficient and prompt. I was a patient in Accident and Emergency and was dreading a long wait but I was seen promptly and treated well. All aspects of my care were explained to me. I was not expecting this level of treatment having had very different and poor experiences in the past so I wanted to write this review as things have certainly changed. Well done.
